By using the website nobelmix.ca (the “Site”), you consent to the following terms.
1. INFORMATION COVERED BY THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Privacy Policy applies to the information provided by you, including personal and non-personal information that Groupe Nobelhaus Inc. (or Nobelmix, “Nobelhaus”) may collect, use and disclose from time to time. By using the Site or otherwise providing personal information to The Website Operator, you agree to the collection, use and sharing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
The Website Operator invites you to read the Privacy Policy in order to fully understand your rights and obligations. The Website Operator reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time without notice by displaying such modifications on the Site. The modified Privacy Policy applies immediately when it is posted on the Site.
2. DEFINITION OF “PERSONAL INFORMATION”
By “personal information”, the Website Operator means any information about yourself that is personally identifiable information, including your name, mailing address, e-mail address, date of birth, sex or any information used for online payments, such as a credit card number, expiration date, security number, etc.
The following is not considered personal information: information available to the public, including information found in public telephone directories, professional and commercial directories, public records and court files, to the extent they are available to the public. 3. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE WEBSITE OPERATOR
The Website Operator only collects personal information about you when you provide it voluntarily to the Website Operator. The Website Operator may also collect non-personal information from different sources. The Website Operator collects personal and non-personal information at different moment, including when you create an account, when you participate in certain of our promotions and when you call or email us. Information is also collected when you use the Site.

If you wish to provide a testimonial or commentary about our products or services, the Website Operator may require personal information. The personal information provided through the testimonial is for the Website Operator’s exclusive use.

Otherwise, the Privacy Policy shall apply to all contests.
9. IP ADDRESSES
The Website Operator may collect the IP addresses of all users of the Site. The IP address is the number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the internet. IP addresses are used to diagnose potential problems with the server, manage the Site, analyze trends, track users’ movements on the Site, collect general demographic information in order to improve the Site, detect any attempt to compromise the integrity of the Site and to offer personalized content. IP addresses are not connected to any personal information.
10. COOKIES
Navigation on the Site is likely to cause the installation of cookies, which store and track your information on your computer.
