Ingredients
4clovesof garlic
200gsoy sauce
130gpeanut butter
130gof molasse
50grice vinegar
50gof sesame oil
1 to 2tsp.Sriracha
1tsp.5 Chinese spices
Instructions
Put peeled garlic cloves into mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 5.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 3, then cook 7 min/speed 2 without a cup.
Put in a jar and refrigerate.
Notes
Keeps 2 months in the refrigerator.
